Hi, my name is Katie and I am the General Manager here at Iglu Redfern.
I love traveling, fitness, chilling on the beach with a good book and meeting people from all walks of life.
I love a good chat, so please come and say hello if you see me around the property (I’m always hanging around the breakfast pastries in the morning!).

Hi everyone, I’m Sharon and I’m the Assistant General Manager in Iglu Redfern. I love coffee so much and you may find me around the coffee machine area every morning. If you see me around in the property, don’t be shy and come and say hi!

Hi I’m Anna – Customer Service Coordinator at Iglu Redfern.
I’m a country girl at heart, originally from rural NSW. I have worked in hospitality/customer service for most of my life and the experiences and people I have encountered over time never cease to amaze me- everyone is interesting and has a story to tell!
I enjoy boxing in my spare time and am a big film nerd ( If you have any movie or tv show suggestions please let me know!). I look forward to meeting you at Iglu Redfern.

Whether you have a question, need assistance, or just want to chat, I’m here to help. You can find me at the reception area most of the time but if you don’t I might be hanging around the event because they are fun (and often comes with yummy food 😋).
My goal is to make your stay as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. I love getting to know our residents and working with Iglu team creating a friendly, supportive community where everyone feels at home.

I was born in Australia but can speak both English and Vietnamese. I absolutely love anything to do with Japan and travel there multiple times a year! I have a toy Cavoodle named Teddy which you may find running around on property 😊 Fun fact, I am obsessed with horror movies so please give me some suggestions.

I am a qualified plumber of nearly 10 years experience and have also worked as a signwriter and installer. I recently completed a unit on Facilities Management via distance education.
I am here to make your environment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Please do not hesitate to come and say hi and let me know if there are any maintenance issues I can fix for you.
